Is this a subscription?
No. You buy access for a fixed period. We do not auto-charge your card. When your pass expires, you return to the free tier until you manually purchase another.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 7 days of purchase if you have not used your daily Insights Assist quota. Email [email protected].
What happens when my pass expires?
Your account reverts to the free tier. All your saved answers remain accessible. Only the daily limits and deeper benchmarks change. You can buy another pass anytime.
Will you add auto-renewal later?
No. This is a deliberate design choice. Civic tools should not use dark billing patterns. You control when you pay.
